Dearest Yoga Students and Parents,

After teaching children and teens since 1972, I have decided it is time for me to pause and reap the benefits, of all the beauty, the universe has provided me. With the birth of our beautiful granddaughter and our little home/sanctuary in Arizona, the gift of time to enjoy these pleasures is where my heart is. I am so grateful for all my students who have been my greatest teachers. I hope my passion for yoga will inspire all of you to continue this practice of the body, mind, spirit connection. I will continue to volunteer at Children's Memorial Hospital. I am also available for private lessons, consultations and teacher trainings. My friend and business partner Ilene Sang continues to teach out of her home in Glencoe. I highly recommend her. Her schedule is on this website.
